Do I need to code
No coding is required for conversation, file uploads, ordinary document tasks, and existing assistants. Complex integrations, custom models, and application maintenance may need technical help. Try your first task before configuring everything.
Does work continue when I close the page
Cloud work can continue without the tab. Local computers and Chrome must remain online if the task uses them. Reopen the session to inspect progress; use Stop to cancel active execution.
Why is the assistant waiting
Look for authorization requests, missing materials, or choices it needs from you. Temporary model failures may trigger retries. Avoid repeatedly sending the same job.
Refresh to inspect recent events if necessary, then record the session ID and error. Check network and sign-in status if the page itself fails.
Where are my files or agents
Check your account, current organization, session, channel, and folder. Files may have moved, been deleted, or become inaccessible.
A fork starts with an empty drive. It does not copy every file from the source session.
It finished, but there is no downloadable file
A text reply is not always a file, and a sandbox path is not a cloud link. Ask the assistant to save the deliverable to the session drive and return an accessible link.
If a preview is unsupported, try opening the downloaded file with the appropriate application.
What survives archiving
Session-drive files remain for you to manage; the work sandbox is destroyed. Save temporary work to the drive before archiving.
Continue in a new session if needed. This retention rule does not restore files you deleted or files removed under an older cleanup policy.
Why can I see something but not use it
Listing and operation permissions differ. Organization policies, user groups, model settings, devices, and resource ownership can restrict actions. Ask an administrator for the required access.
Will AI remember everything
Do not assume a new session knows all previous work. Long context may also be summarized. Save durable preferences, project rules, and conclusions as documents or skills and provide them explicitly.
Can I use my phone
You can use the website and available console features in a mobile browser. Some destinations appear under navigation or More. Computer connectors must still be installed on the target computer.

How can I report a useful problem
Include the time, organization, session ID, action taken, expected outcome, and actual error. For devices or applications, include their names and states.
Hide passwords, keys, verification codes, and unrelated personal data. Preserve the original record instead of recreating the task repeatedly. The Academy also offers guided learning.
