Complete your first task

Turn a set of meeting notes into a useful summary. If you have no file ready, paste a short piece of text instead.

On this page

1. Open your workspace

Select Console on the website and follow the sign-in or registration steps. Check the current organization: assistants, files, devices, and bills belong to the selected workspace.

Open Chat, select an available assistant, and start a new session. On a phone, some destinations are under the navigation menu or More.

2. Add materials and a clear request

Drag a file into the composer or select it through the attachment control. Wait for uploading to finish. You can also drag an existing cloud-drive file into your draft.

Try this request
Turn these meeting notes into a summary I can share with colleagues.
Use three sections: decisions, action items, and open questions.
Put action items in a table with an owner and a due date.
Mark information missing from the notes as “To confirm”; do not guess.
Show me the draft before saving a file.

Without an attachment, paste the notes below the request. Keep your first task small enough to review easily.

3. Follow progress

The session shows responses and tool activity. If the assistant needs authorization or more information, open the request and review its purpose before responding. Use the designated form for secrets instead of pasting passwords into chat.

Correct misunderstandings directly: “Use only today's meeting, not the older notes.” To cancel active work, use the stop control; closing the tab does not cancel cloud execution.

4. Review and revise

Check names, dates, figures, and responsibilities. Then ask for the changes you need:

Try this request
Shorten the summary to 150 words.
Move all open questions to the end and keep the action table.
Save the approved version to this session's cloud drive as meeting-summary.md.

A written reply and a downloadable file are different deliverables. Specify a file when you need one. Word, Excel, or PDF creation depends on available tools and skills; open generated files to check them.

5. Keep the result

Open the file card or the session drive to preview and download it. Copy reusable materials to your own drive or an accessible team folder.

Archiving a session preserves cloud-drive files but destroys its work sandbox. Save important results to the drive first.

You are done when the result is correct, the file opens, and you know where it is saved. Try another everyday task, or visit the FAQ if you get stuck.
